1. Overview

Clid ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Zylink Corp. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service: your email address (for auth), your workspace data (files, documents, settings), and usage analytics (anonymized, opt-in). We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to provide and improve the Clid ecosystem — Workspace, Friday AI, Cloud, Business, Developer Platform, and Quantum Lab. AI training is opt-in and anonymized; you can disable it in your account settings at any time.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Secrets are stored in an AES-GCM encrypted vault. Authentication supports WebAuthn passkeys. Per-workspace audit logs track every action.

5. Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
